Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using ProUXAudit (“the Service”), operated by LEISSON OÜ (registry code 16934653, Estonia), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
ProUXAudit provides automated UX analysis of websites, including page capture, friction scoring, strategy scoring, redesign variant generation, and code exports. The Service is provided on a subscription basis with tiered pricing.
3. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to audit websites you do not own or have authorization to audit, to attempt to circumvent usage limits, to interfere with the Service infrastructure, or to violate any applicable laws.
5. Subscriptions & Billing
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service, including its code, design, and content, is the property of LEISSON OÜ. Audit reports and code exports generated for your websites belong to you. You grant us a limited license to process your website data for the purpose of providing the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. LEISSON OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain audit data for up to 30 days after termination.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notification at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Harju County, Estonia.
